1. Employer posting guidelines
Our free-posting offer is designed to help eligible employers try the portal without creating confusion around access or limits.
- Up to two free job postings: Eligible new employers may receive up to two free job postings under the offer presented on the portal.
- The offer is not an unconditional entitlement: Eligibility, availability, timing and any stated conditions are controlled by Web Carnival. The offer may be limited where misuse or duplicate activity is identified.
- One company, one employer account: A company must not create multiple accounts to obtain extra free postings, bypass limits or manipulate the offer.
- Accurate employer information: Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the role, location, compensation information, contact details and other information submitted.
2. Quality, matching & hiring outcomes
- Web Carnival will make reasonable efforts to support relevant opportunities and recruitment conversations based on the information provided.
- No guaranteed hiring outcome: Candidate relevance, response, interviews, joining and final selection depend on many factors. No user may treat a quality objective as a guarantee of a specific candidate, hire or business result.
- Employers remain responsible for screening, interviews, reference checks, compensation decisions and final hiring decisions.
3. Accounts & access
- Each company should maintain one genuine employer account unless Web Carnival expressly authorizes another arrangement.
- Keep login credentials secure and do not share access in a way that compromises account control.
- We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, duplicate-account activity, misleading information, spam, abuse or material policy violations.
4. Job listings
- Listings should describe genuine hiring requirements and must not contain fraudulent recruitment fees, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, deceptive promises or prohibited content.
- Web Carnival may review, pause, edit or remove listings that appear inaccurate, duplicated, expired, abusive, unlawful or inconsistent with portal rules.
- The public Jobs section is a portal-style preview for the website build. Live production vacancies should be connected to the actual employer/job database before launch.
5. Candidate guidelines
- Provide accurate profile, resume and contact information and keep important details updated.
- Use opportunities for genuine career purposes and do not submit misleading credentials or impersonate another person.
- Hiring decisions belong to employers; the portal does not guarantee an interview, offer, salary or joining.
6. Information & privacy
Submit only information reasonably needed for recruitment and portal operations. Users should handle personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy requirements. Employers are responsible for lawful handling of candidate information they receive.
7. Responsible use
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to the portal.
- Do not distribute malware, spam, deceptive schemes or false recruitment opportunities.
- Do not misuse candidate or employer information obtained through the portal.
8. Platform limitations & updates
- The portal is a technology and recruitment-support platform and does not guarantee a particular vacancy, candidate, interview, joining, salary, placement or business result.
- Features, offer eligibility, limits and service scope may change, pause or be discontinued where reasonably required.
- These policies may be updated from time to time. The version displayed on the portal at the applicable time will apply, subject to applicable law.
